Exceptional Handling
Suspension and handling components designed to provide controlled, confident performance.
Let Pitt Cycles & Motor Trike
Keep the Harley Davidson® Tri Glide you already own and upgrade the rear suspension with the Motor Trike TGIII/IRS Independent Rear Suspension Conversion.
Designed to deliver a smoother, more comfortable and controlled ride, the TGIII/IRS combines true Independent Rear Suspension, patented adjustable air ride, over 4 inches of suspension travel and upgraded braking.
Keep your bike. Upgrade your ride.
Motor Trike’s Independent Rear Suspension allows each rear wheel to respond independently to the road.
When one wheel encounters a bump or uneven surface, the opposite wheel isn’t forced to react in the same way. This helps the suspension better follow the road and creates a smoother, more controlled ride.
But the Motor Trike didn’t stop with the IRS.
The TGIII/IRS combines multiple suspension and handling technologies designed to work together for a more comfortable riding experience.
Engineered Around Three Things That Matter.
Motor Trike has built its reputation around three key areas:
Suspension and handling components designed to provide controlled, confident performance.
Independent suspension and adjustable air ride designed to smooth out the ride.
An integrated disc brake system designed to complement the overall conversion.
The key to the TGIII/IRS ride is its Independent Rear Suspension.
Each rear wheel can move independently, allowing it to address changing road surfaces without being disturbed by the movement of the opposite wheel.
The result:
The TGIII/IRS features Motor Trike’s patented air ride suspension with an onboard air compressor and more than 4 inches of suspension travel.
The adjustable air ride allows you to change the suspension for different riding conditions, whether you’re:
Motor Trike lowered the spring rate to provide a more comfortable ride with additional give when traveling over bumps, carrying a passenger, hauling cargo or pulling a trailer.
The suspension is also designed with rubber bushings throughout the suspension components and differentials to help reduce noise, vibration and harshness.
Because the best upgrade is one you can feel, without feeling every bump.
The TGIII/IRS features a lowered roll center height, helping keep both rear tires in contact with the road. Combined with the suspension design, this helps improve stability and control while riding. A calibrated sway bar also works with the suspension system to provide comfortable and secure cornering.
Each rear wheel responds independently to the road.
Fine tune your suspension with fingertip adjustment.
Designed to absorb road imperfections and improve comfort.
