Cutting-edge electronics

The RSV4 Factory comes equipped with the most advanced a-PRC package in the RSV4 lineup. This includes six-axis IMU and a Ride-by-Wire throttle as standard. The three riding modes adjust Cornering ABS across three levels and fine-tune all rider assistance systems, including adjustable Traction Control, Wheelie Control, three Aprilia Engine Maps and a three-level adjustable Engine Brake.
For track enthusiasts, the Track Pack elevates performance with Launch Control for lightning-fast starts, a dedicated Race Dashboard graphic and enhanced speed management via the Pit Limiter. Last but not least, the Race Pack, featuring the GPS Module, works alongside the Suspension Pack to fine-tune the Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension and dynamically adjust vehicle parameters sector by sector using the exclusive Corner By Corner function.

Racing aerodynamics

The RSV4 Factory embodies the pinnacle of aerodynamic research, delivering uncompromising stability and control. Its bodywork has been meticulously designed to optimise airflow, while the MotoGP-derived dual-layer winglets under the windscreen generate vertical downforce, for enhanced grip. The winglet layout ensures unmatched cornering precision, while the nolder on the upper fairing prevents airflow from entering between the fuel tank and the rider’s legs, improving comfort in all conditions.

Öhlins semi-active suspension

Maximum precision is achieved with the premium Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 suspension package, which is fully adjustable. It includes an inverted fork with TiN coating and 125-mm wheel travel, a rear monoshock with 115-mm wheel travel and a steering damper. Every setting can be fine-tuned via the Suspension Pack, which utilises ADC (Aprilia Damping Control) to customise compression, rebound, braking support, acceleration response and cornering stability – either manually or in active mode. The ADC system integrates in synch with the riding modes and Corner By Corner function via the Aprilia MIA multimedia platform (which comes as standard), ensuring a perfect setup in any situation.

V4 engine

The adrenaline-fueled ride of the RSV4 Factory is powered by the legendary 65° V4 engine, now Euro 5+ compliant, making it the most powerful street-legal superbike on the market. With a 1099-cc displacement, 52-mm throttle bodies ensure an always-responsive throttle, reaching a peak output of 220 hp at 13000 rpm and 127 Nm of torque at 10800 rpm – unprecedented in its class.
